Working Hours:
09:00-17:30, Monday to Friday
Salary:
Up to €55,000, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Optimise European road and rail freight flows
Support trading and commercial decision-making
Identify cost efficiencies and optimisation opportunities
Analyse freight data to improve routing, pricing, and execution
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
Negotiate with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to optimize costs
Help build and refine processes as the function grows
Must-Have Profile
Strong experience in European road and/or rail freight
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Commercially minded (understands cost, margin, and trade-offs)
Proven hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable working closely with traders or commercial teams
Individual contributor mindset (not a pure people manager)
Fluent English (spoken and written) required
