Employment agency Manpower is looking for multiple part-time order pickers for UPS in Amsterdam.

In this role, you will process incoming goods and packages. You will scan and check the packages and accompanying documents, sort the shipments, and load the trucks according to the route. You can imagine that accuracy is key. Furthermore, you will also do a lot of walking, lifting, and carrying, so it is important that you are physically fit.

• Gross salary of €15.85per hour (depending on relevant work experience) including ATV
• 1.55% ADV allowance on every worked hour

You will be working at one of the most well‑known logistics service providers in the world, namely UPS! UPS primarily focuses on the delivery of packages and all the logistics involved. Proactive thinking and acting in the customer's best interest are central, but of course, you as an employee are just as important. You will be working at the location in Amsterdam, where there is an informal and friendly atmosphere with plenty of room for humor.

In this part‑time position, you will work twenty hours per week in the afternoon and evening from Monday to Friday between 15.00 and 20.00 hrs.

• At least six months of work experience as an order picker, warehouse employee, logistics employee, or similar
• Good command of the Dutch or English language, due to safety regulations in the workplace
• Physically capable of performing heavier work such as lifting and carrying
• A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) plus a Security Clearance (VGB)
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week

You will need to have lived in the Netherlands for at least the past 8 years, because of the VGB Screening.
