Our client, Flexi Tog makes high-quality workwear for people who work in cold and demanding conditions: logistics, food, industry. Our clothing keeps people safe and comfortable on the job, and our Helmond distribution centre is where it all gets out the door. We're investing in our operation, and that means strengthening the team running the warehouse day-to-day.

This is a hands‑on role, working shoulder to shoulder with the team you lead. We're tightening up how the warehouse runs and embedding Lean as the default way of working.

This role is at the heart of that: the person making sure the standards stick, the team feels supported, and every shift gets a little sharper than the last. If you've been waiting for a role where your floor experience and leadership genuinely matter, we'd like to hear from you.

• Leading and motivating a team of warehouse operatives through the daily shift
• Running goods-in, picking, packing and dispatch to plan, on time and to standard
• Hitting production, accuracy and safety KPIs, and reporting clearly on performance
• Coaching the team on standard ways of working and Lean principles
• Spotting issues early, troubleshooting on the floor, and escalating sensibly when needed
• Supporting stock accuracy through good housekeeping, cycle counts and clear processes
• Keeping the warehouse safe, tidy and well‑organised, and holding the team to the same standard. Feeding improvement ideas up to the Warehouse Manager and helping put them into practice

You've worked in a warehouse or logistics environment and have led a team before, either formally or as a shift lead, deputy or senior operative ready for the step up.

You know what good looks like on the floor and you set the tone. You're hands‑on. You lead by doing, not from a desk. You're calm under pressure, good with people, and you can balance hitting today's targets with helping the team get a bit better every week.

You're comfortable with WMS systems (Odoo experience is a plus), confident with basic data and KPIs, and used to working in a structured, standards‑led environment.

Fluent English is essential;
Dutch is advantageous.

Not required, but great if you have:

• Experience with Odoo or comparable WMS
• Experience leading a shift in a multi-channel; order fulfilment environment
• Exposure to multi-channel order fulfilment (B2B and direct)
