Parttime Warehouse Associate

As a
** Warehouse Associate based in Amsterdam (Lijnden)**, you will work on a part-time basis and play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong teamwork skills, and strict adherence to company procedures, as well as health and safety standards.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities against delivery notes;
* Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report damaged or missing items to the supervisor;
* Update inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or scanners;
* Pick and pack products accurately according to customer orders;
* Prepare shipments with correct labels and documentation;
* Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and prepare outgoing shipments for carriers;
* Keep storage areas clean and organized;
* Arrange products according to warehouse layout and procedures;
* Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and operate forklifts or other material handling equipment if certified;
* Follow company health and safety policies;
* Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors.  
** What we’ll offer:
*** A salary between €2,595 and €3,244 gross per month (based on full-time employment), depending on your work experience;

* What you’ll need:

*** High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
* Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not always required.
* Forklift certification is beneficial but may not be required.
* Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners;
* Good communication skills;
* Physical ability to lift, carry, and move goods safely.
