Overview:

St. Mary s Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Gastroenterologist to join our dedicated gastroenterology team in 2026. As a vital part of our multidisciplinary healthcare program, you will provide comprehensive GI care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, making a meaningful impact on our patient population. As part of our dynamic team, you will have access to cutting-edge technology, including the Da Vinci XI Robotic Surgery System, and the support of a robust network of primary and specialty providers.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, hospital-employed role within a well-established gastroenterology program.
• Ambulatory clinic with dedicated time spent with patients in the office.
• OR Block time for procedures.
• Current practice consists of 2 MDs, 2 APPs, and a dedicated team of LPNs to support your practice, offering a collaborative team environment.
• Robust primary care referral base ensuring a steady patient volume.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary Range - $541,370 - $664,811 (commensurate with experience).
• Competitive compensation package, including base salary + sign-on bonus and semiannual bonuses for productivity.
