Overview:

St. Mary s Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join our growing outpatient multi-specialty team. This full-time position offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality care to patients with a variety of endocrine, hormonal, and metabolic disorders in a supportive and patient-centered environment. As a key member of our collaborative care team, the Endocrinologist will play a central role in the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary disorders, and more.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, hospital-employed outpatient role within a respected healthcare system.
• No hospital call or inpatient rounding requirements, ideal schedule for work life balance.
• Referral base from primary care and specialty colleagues across the network.
• EMR-integrated practice for efficient documentation and care coordination.
• Support from nursing staff, dietitians, and certified diabetes educators.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary Range - $211,782 - $306,402 (commensurate with experience).
