LPN – SNF

Schedule:

2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, every other weekend required. Must be able to work holidays.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field
• Current BLS certification
• Current nursing license in the state of assignment
• Travel experience required; preferably showing renewals

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care according to established standards and protocols
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
