Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (Island Health)

Island Health is seeking a full-time board‑certified/board‑eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join their collaborative, well‑established practice team in Anacortes, Washington. In this role, you will join a cohesive, multi‑specialty group providing the surrounding communities with the latest technological advancements and medical innovations. Physicians will have the opportunity to practice to the highest line and take advantage of strong and supportive mentors. With the recent addition of a DaVinci V surgical robot, robotic experience is preferred along with good quality outcomes. Additionally, excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with referring physicians are preferred.

• Full‑time role with a 4‑day work week schedule
• 1:4 call schedule
• Operating hours are Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
• Team of 3 OB/GYNs and support staff
• Integrated Meditech Expanse EMR platform used organization‑wide
• Work closely with a cohesive, multi‑specialty group with support staff

• Compensation between $387,990 and $465,588 per year
• Up to $30,000 sign‑on bonus
