Responsibilities- Assist patients with exercise plans and modalities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with patients.
- Drive the patient experience through empathy and communication.
- Support the 1:1 patient care model and maximize time with skilled therapists.
- Perform custodial duties to provide a safe environment for patients.
- Work for extended periods at a video display terminal and use a keyboard to enter information.
- Contribute to community connections and referral relations.
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
- Experience in a customer‑facing position.
- Knowledge and ability to demonstrate body mechanics, functional movement, and exercises.
- Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
- Self‑motivated, a go‑getter, and a self‑starter with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Comfortable with cleaning and custodial duties to maintain a safe environment for patients.
- Bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, pulling, pushing, and getting up and down from a lying position on the floor.
- Lifting 35 lbs. from the floor to chest level.
- Demonstrate exercises, including jumping, balancing on one leg, and rotating the shoulder in multiple planes.
- Transfer patients using good body mechanics while maintaining patient safety.
- Responsible for own transportation to and from the work site.
- Potential exposure to virus, disease, and infections from patients.
- Ability to perform custodial duties using medical‑grade cleaning products.
- Work for extended periods at a video display terminal and use a keyboard to enter and gather information.
- Base salary: $17–$20 per hour depending on experience and location of clinic.
