Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Avail Home Health of Washington State is hiring for part‑time or full‑time Private Duty RN/LPN positions. The role involves one‑on‑one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, charting, communication with families and other health providers, and maintaining a positive, compassionate presence.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date charting.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
- Adapt to flexible scheduling of 8‑hour and 12‑hour shifts.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State.
- Current CPR certification.
- New graduates are welcome.
- Flexible part‑time and full‑time scheduling.
- 8‑hour and 12‑hour shifts.
