Dialysis RN

The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) will oversee the delivery of dialysis and provide comprehensive care to patients at multiple clinic locations. This role involves educating patients, supervising Dialysis Technicians, adjusting treatment plans, administering medications, monitoring patient outcomes, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team. The RN will work in a chronic, in-center dialysis setting, covering clinics primarily in Anacortes, Whidbey Island, and occasionally Smokey Point, with shifts scheduled Monday through Saturday.

• Oversee dialysis treatment delivery and patient care in multiple clinic locations.
• Provide education and support to dialysis patients.
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians and ensure adherence to treatment protocols.
• Adjust treatment plans according to standing orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses and outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Collaborate with social workers, dietitians, nephrologists, and other care team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license.
• Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience is required.

• Experience in acute or ambulatory nursing settings.

• Position requires coverage of multiple clinic locations including Anacortes, Whidbey Island, and Smokey Point.
• Must be flexible to work any shift (AM/PM) based on staffing and operational needs.
• Work in a chronic, in-center dialysis environment.

• Shifts scheduled Monday through Saturday with variable shift times depending on clinic needs.
• Must be available to cover multiple locations as assigned.
