Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join a construction and lumber supply company in Anaheim. This position will support daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and internal departments. Previous accounts payable experience is helpful, but the company is willing to train the right candidate! Responsibilities:
Match vendor invoices to purchase orders (POs) and verify pricing and quantities billed. Research, track, and resolve invoice pricing discrepancies with sales representatives and vendors. Process a high volume of invoices, approximately 1,300–2,000+ per month. Enter, organize, distribute, and mail invoices as needed. Maintain daily batch logs and update invoice batches accurately. Assist vendors with questions regarding outstanding invoices and payment status.

Review vendor statements to ensure payments are accurate and up to date. Work with other departments to ensure their accounts payable needs are met. Provide general accounting support and assist with additional duties as needed. Requirements:
Accounts payable experience is helpful, but not required; training is available. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Proficiency with a 10-key calculator. Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of invoices. Schedule & Pay:
