Accounts Receivable Administrator Wanted
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our office operations running smoothly while supporting the full accounting lifecycle. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and route incoming phone calls; take messages as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems and document storage
- Scan documents and perform data entry tasks
- Perform general office duties to support daily operations
- Handle outgoing mail and maintain postage meter
- Run office errands, including bank and post office trips
- Provide administrative support to Estimating, Operations, and accounting departments
- Enter quotes into Sage accounting software
- Enter sales orders into Sage
- Process billing and create customer invoices
- Prepare and issue conditional releases
- Email invoices and maintain accurate billing records
- Log commissions and process cash receipts
- Assist with general AP tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in a construction office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with accounting software (Sage preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Location:
Anaheim, CA - Pay: $24‑$27 an hour DOE - Temp to Hire
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
