The HVAC Platform at Marmon includes M&M Manufacturing, Coilmaster / HPT, and TMI Climate Solutions. Together, we deliver innovative HVAC solutions across industries and are now expanding into the fast-growing data center market with advanced cooling technologies.

• Lead business development strategy focused on data center growth.
• Build relationships with end users (e.g., Meta, AWS, Microsoft), consultants, GCs, and co-location companies.
• Identify new opportunities and align them with platform objectives.
• Act as the data center subject matter expert for internal teams.
• Partner with platform companies to meet customer needs.
• Represent the platform at key industry events.
• Track pipeline activity and report on results.

• 810+ years in business development, sales, or commercial leadership.
• 5+ years in the data center market or selling large-scale infrastructure solutions (HVAC preferred).
• Strong industry relationships with end users, consultants, and contractors.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
