Base pay range
: $70,900.00/yr – $/yr

Responsibilities
  • Handle sales and distribution within a given geography, including merchandising as needed.
  • Responsibly sell company initiatives to retail partners including promotions, new brands, inventory management and pricing strategies.
  • Consult, advise and engage with retail partners on category management and business analytics to help improve the performance of their business.
  • Develop innovative ways to improve business performance through data analysis, brand marketing, product placement and purposeful planning.
  • Develop and utilize systems to track, measure and analyze progress against key marketing initiatives and other business metrics.
  • Grow leadership capability through ongoing comprehensive training and high impact experiences.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree or meaningful sales experience.
  • Ability to build sales plans and handle time effectively.
  • Ability to communicate ideas and concepts to influence business partners.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of $70,900 – $103,900 per year with an annual incentive compensation target.
  • Annual bonus.

  • Deferred Profit‑Sharing Plan:
    Company contribution after one year of service of 13–17% of base salary; annual profit‑sharing 8%, 10% or 12% based on earnings; annual supplemental contribution of 5%.
  • Personal contribution up to 35% of base salary to the DPS Plan, subject to IRS limits.
  • Company match of up to 3% of base salary on DPS contributions.
  • Ability to defer up to 50% of incentive compensation into the DPS Plan.
  • Full vesting of personal and matching contributions in the DPS Plan; company profit‑sharing and supplement contributions vest after one year.
  • Company vehicle for business and personal use (Chevy Traverse).
  • Work‑life balance options, including potential flexible work hours.
  • Minimum of 3 weeks vacation, 14 paid holidays and vacation purchase option.

Additional Information
  • Driving is required; must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing for the last 3 years.
  • Any DUI/DWI conviction in the last 3 years is an immediate disqualifier.
  • Must be able to work full time within the United States without sponsorship.
  • Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities (up to 10 pounds frequently; up to 20 pounds occasionally; up to 50 pounds rarely).
