Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground

We’re looking for a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground with a minimum of 8 years of construction supervisory experience in underground construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures. The ideal candidate can manage and supervise large crews, build and maintain strong relationships with staff, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.

• Walkout projects and submit SOW totals
• Review and approve all production
• Keep complete and submit job closeout packages
• Be aware of all vehicle and equipment needs and condition, as well as employee performance and needs
• Effectively write reports, internal site audits, and manage employee time sheets
• Review and interpret drawings and specifications
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• 3-5 years supervisory experience required in Aerial & Underground utility construction
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Ability to perform and/or manage multiple tasks, projects and prioritize responsibility
• Good understanding of OSHA requirements
• OSHA 30 certification
• Excellent leadership skills
• Proficiency with Word/Google & Excel programs
• Valid Class C Driver’s License
• Knowledgeable in Underground Utilities Construction
• Ability to read prints and line out crews
• Working outdoors subject to inclement weather conditions

Wage range: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00
