Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing various aspects of customer accounts. You will work closely with other team members to deliver outstanding service and support to our valued customers. Please note that this position offers a consistent schedule with Sundays off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing prompt and efficient service.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues, escalating matters when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any account-related concerns.
  • Monitor account activities to identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling products and services.
  • Provide customers with updates on new products, services, and promotions to enhance their experience.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and retention strategies.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
