Located approximately 40 miles southeast of Los Angeles, California, the North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD) serves approximately 60,000 students annually at three institutions:
Cypress College, Fullerton College, and North Orange Continuing Education. The district’s service area includes 18 cities and communities and 16 school districts. The NOCCCD campuses serve an area of over one million diverse people. The student population demographics, district‑wide are:
Latinx 47.2%;
Asian 17.9%;
White; 16.5%;
African American 2.6%;
Multi‑Ethnicity 2.6%;
Pacific Islander 0.3%; and America Indian/Alaskan Native 0.2%. The district is part of a regional higher education community that includes the California State University campuses at Fullerton and Long Beach, the University of California Irvine, and the Chapman University system.

The Business Department at Fullerton College is dedicated to developing strong, ethical, and innovative leaders for today’s dynamic workplace. We serve a wide range of students, including recent high school graduates, working professionals, small business owners, and individuals seeking career advancement or a new start. Our courses prepare students for transfer to four year universities and for careers in fields such as management, marketing, business communications, entrepreneurship, and a variety of business related roles.

Our faculty bring both academic expertise and real world experience from areas including operations, human resources, marketing, organizational leadership, small business ownership, and corporate and professional communications. We are actively engaged in curriculum design, program review, and partnerships with industry and campus programs to ensure our courses remain current, relevant, and aligned with workforce needs and transfer pathways. Many of our programs offer stackable certificates and degrees that allow students to build skills step by step while working toward their long term educational and career goals.
