The position of Draft Service Technician (
DST
) is a role that services draft beer equipment. Candidates can expect it to be very hands‑on and mechanically based. We provide all the ongoing training, tools, and resources needed for success. Strong customer service skills are expected as employees communicate with customers directly about installations, timelines, and route coverage.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Working knowledge of draft beer systems (preferred but not required)
• Mechanically/technically inclined (preferred but not required)
• Be results‑driven and self‑motivated
• Cicerone certification is required of all current Glacier/AHFP employees
• Personal reliable vehicle required
• Assist with route coverage when needed, including AM accounts and venues
• Carry out quarterly preventive maintenance (PM) contracts
• Attend facilities to become Micro Matic certified if requested
• Attend, as assigned, all other training deemed necessary by Glacier/AHFP
• Work with and provide training to other employees
• Maintain effective and professional working relationships with assigned accounts, sales representatives, and draft tech department personnel
• Effectively manage all equipment, including care, maintenance, and inventory of assigned equipment and tools

• Up to $18.00/hr + commission + monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities

• 3 years in related industries
• Strong experience in the draft beer industry preferred

• Travel may be required as part of this position, encompassing Glacier’s regional footprint and usually limited to weekdays

• E‑mail, phone, tape measure, and other hand tools

• Standard working hours are Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. Hours may vary and may require evening and weekend work depending on business needs
