Project Manager – Heavy Civil / Highway / Structures
Anaheim, CA | $160,000–$220,000 + full benefits
We’re looking for a Project Manager who wants to lead complex infrastructure projects with a team that values integrity, craftsmanship, and long-term relationships.
What You’ll DoOversee all phases of heavy civil and structural (bridge) projects — from preconstruction through closeout
Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure safe, high-quality delivery
Review and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Coordinate with owners, engineers, and inspectors to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
Lead weekly progress meetings and ensure timely documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Track quantities, cost forecasts, and production goals
Mentor project engineers and field staff to develop the next generation of leaders
10–25 years of experience in heavy civil construction, including highway, bridge, and structural concrete work
Proven record managing projects of $50M or larger
Familiarity with Caltrans or municipal specifications (preferred)
Strong understanding of public works
, grading, utilities, drainage, and roadway systemsExcellent communication and leadership skills with both field and office personnel
Civil Engineering degree or equivalent construction background
