Starting Role:
You begin as a Financial Professional, gaining practical, hands-on experience in client relationships, product knowledge, and business development. Transition to Management:
After meeting certain performance benchmarks—typically within 6 to 12 months, and sometimes up to 18 months—you become eligible for promotion to Associate Partner, marking your entry into management. Associate Partner Training:
This is an intensive six-month training program that equips you with leadership, recruiting, and team development skills essential for success. Leadership Track:
Post-training, you recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals. From there, you can ascend through management tiers:
Partner → Senior Partner → Executive Partner → Managing Partner. Responsibilities:
• Start as a Financial Professional to build a solid foundation in the industry
• Learn New York Life’s proven systems for client service, prospecting, and practice building
• Receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced Partners (like myself)
• Recruit, train, and lead your own team of advisors as you move into management
• Play a vital role in helping families, individuals, and business owners secure their futures
Qualifications:
Eligible Candidates :
• Completed an MBA within the last 24 months , or
• Have prior management or business-owner experience. Preferred (but not required) : • Life & Health Insurance License • FINRA securities registrations (e.g., Series 6 or 7, Series 63)
• Prior sales experience Compensation: 95000 - 150000 yearly
• Start as a Financial Professional to build a solid foundation in the industry
• Learn New York Life’s proven systems for client service, prospecting, and practice building
• Receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced Partners (like myself)
• Recruit, train, and lead your own team of advisors as you move into management
• Play a vital role in helping families, individuals, and business owners secure their futures
Compensation:
$95,000-$150,000 per year
