We are hiring a Senior Commercial Loan Processor who will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end processing of commercial loan applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
Key responsibilities include gathering and verifying documentation, preparing loan files, working closely with underwriters, loan officers, and members to facilitate smooth processing.
Location and ScheduleBased in Anaheim Hills, CA
, this position offers a hybrid schedule: 2 days in-office and 3 days working remotely from home. Business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., with flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of commercial lending experience.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
Skills and Abilities
- Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Maintain professional behavior and image with members, staff, and management.
- Maintain confidentiality of member and credit union information.
- Build and maintain effective business relationships across departments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Working knowledge of policies and procedures that enable job performance.
- Review and verify loan applications and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Prepare and finalize loan files for funding, ensuring all conditions are met.
- Coordinate with underwriters, loan officers, and members to resolve documentation discrepancies or funding conditions.
- Process loan disbursements promptly and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct quality control checks to uphold high standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Stay current on regulatory changes and assist supervisory staff with process adjustments.
- Provide exceptional service to members, resolving funding-related inquiries promptly.
- Assist supervisor in streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.
- Prepare reports on funding activity, trends, and compliance for management.
- Apply the C.A.R.E. 4 Guide expectations and Brand Communications Standards Accountability Philosophy.
- Be available to work a hybrid schedule per business operations requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Pay Transparency: base pay benchmarked to the 50th percentile of market data.
Pay Scale:
Min $26.20 / Mid $34.31 / Max $40.37 per hour. Actual compensation may vary by location, experience, education, and skill level.
