We are engaged in a great new opportunity for a Controller. Growing manufacturing company located centrally in Orange County with a hybrid work environment.
Controller, CPA (Hybrid)Looking for blend of international accounting with IFRS and US GAAP. Ideally coming from a blend of manufacturing industry and having experience with ASC 606, foreign exchange (F/X), and international consolidations. CPA preferred.
Responsibilities- Lead the month end and year end close and financial reporting including full profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Responsible for Financial Statement preparation and reporting; including financial statement consolidation, intercompany, foreign exchange, and related eliminations.
- Research and implement all accounting policies and procedures.
- Supervise, direct and lead a small accounting department but also international accounting team.
- Oversee the operational accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Manage cash management/forecasting and prepare, review, and report financials accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and trends.
- Coordinate annual audit, serve as liaison with audit firm, and enforce company policies & procedures.
- Provide CFO & Board with information for critical decision-making processes.
- Develop, monitor, and report business performance metrics.
- Experience with Net Suite/Dynamics is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- CPA preferred.
- Background in manufacturing and experience with ASC 606, foreign exchange (F/X), and international consolidations.
- Strong financial management, general ledger, technical GAAP, revenue recognition, and accounting & analysis skills.
- Pay range $180k - $200k base + bonus.
