Banquet Server (On-Call)

Hilton Anaheim – 777 Convention Way, Anaheim 92802

Shift Pattern: Varying, forecasts sent monthly

Hourly Rate: $16.90 per hour plus pooled service charge per event

Responsibilities:

• Set banquet tables to meet function specifications
• Deliver and serve food and beverages, including meals, condiments, and accompaniments
• Ensure menu knowledge
• Remove china, glassware, silverware, and other items from tables at the conclusion of the meal period and deliver to the stewarding area
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
• Assist fellow team members and other departments as needed
• Assist with side work including cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.

Qualifications:

• 1 year serving experience required; banquet experience preferred
• Flexible scheduling a plus
• Ability to carry a tray with 10 plates/lids
• Wine knowledge
• RBS and Food Handlers certifications
