We are looking for a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The Host/Hostess will be our guests' first point of contact, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
• Assist with seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist with other duties as needed to support the team and enhance the guest experience.

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
