Banquet Server (On‑Call) - Hilton Anaheim

Shift Pattern: varying; forecast calendar sent out monthly.

Hourly Rate: $16.90 per hour plus service charge pooled by event.

• Set banquet tables to meet function specifications.
• Deliver and serve food and beverages, including meals, condiments and accompaniments.
• Ensure menu knowledge and guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Remove china, glassware, silverware, etc. from tables at conclusion and deliver to stewarding area.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Assist fellow team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships.
• Assist with side work including cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.

• 1 year serving experience required; banquet experience preferred.
• Flexible scheduling a plus.
• Ability to carry a tray with 10 plates/lids.
• Wine knowledge.
• RBS and Food Handlers certifications.
