Payroll Administrator
We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to handle the entry of Certified Payroll reports via LCP Tracker. Familiarity with the software's operation and navigation is essential for documentation purposes. The role may also include ad‑hoc duties, depending on reporting needs.
Responsibilities- Enter certified payroll entries into LCP Tracker.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with certified payroll processing.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve payroll objectives.
- Perform additional duties as required, based on reporting demands.
- High School Diploma required; AA or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience with LCP Tracker.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with team members effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
- Certified payroll processing experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in construction industry is beneficial.
This position is fully onsite, working within a small team environment. The role offers an opportunity to take on significant responsibilities in the absence of a team member currently on leave. The dress code is business casual.
Job Type & LocationContract position based out of Anaheim, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
