Our product Telalive connects any landline phone directly to an AI voice agent, transforming how small businesses handle calls, bookings, and sales.

We also design wearable BLE + Wi‑Fi recorders (MIC
04 / MIC
05) that turn real‑world audio into structured, actionable knowledge.

We are early, ambitious, and growing fast.

This is not a maintenance role—it’s a chance to help build a category‑defining product before the wave hits.

You’ll work with the founder to bring Telalive’s Voice AI Agent to life—integrating real‑time telephony, LLM reasoning, and wearable hardware data streams.

• LLM workflows: function calling, memory, RAG, and prompt analytics.
• SIP / PSTN / WebRTC integrations using Twilio or Asterisk.
• React / Next.js dashboards and landing pages that convert ideas to users.
• Metrics pipelines: response rate, conversion, retention—measured and improved weekly.

• You’re obsessed with AI‑assisted coding (Claude Code, Copilot, Codex).
• You can take a concept from prototype → MVP → live by yourself.
• You think in systems, not tickets:
  Node.js / Type Script or Python / FastAPI.
• You’ve touched Twilio, Asterisk, Free SWITCH, or WebRTC.
• You have basic design taste—React + Figma won’t scare you.
• You’re driven by impact, not hierarchy.

• Shipped any voice agent or conversational AI to real users.
• Prior work in healthcare, retail, or call‑center automation.
• Comfortable running quick A/B tests, data dashboards, or growth tools.

• Salary: $50K–$60K USD / year.
