Now Hiring: 3 AV & Tech Support for an Immersive Experience

Location: Anaheim, CA
Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (7 days/week – staggered shifts)

We’re gearing up for the launch of an Immersive Experience with of our non profit customers
, a groundbreaking, theme-park-style attraction that blends technology, storytelling, and innovation. To make the magic happen, we’re hiring 3 Technical Specialists to provide full coverage across all operating hours.

• Operate and maintain audio/visual and lighting systems
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
• Manage iPads and interactive equipment
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences — this is a customer-facing role!
• Keep the show running with quick thinking and calm problem-solving

• Hands-on experience with AV systems
  , lighting
  , and basic networking
• Comfort with iPads and connected devices
• Strong communication and people skills — friendly, professional, and tech-savvy
• A passion for immersive experiences, live events, or themed attractions

• 3 techs covering staggered shifts
• Full coverage 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 7 days a week

Compensation: $55,000 per year
