This is a post-sales, customer-facing role at an early-stage AI startup operating in the legal services space. You will own the full implementation journey for enterprise clients, turning signed contracts into live, production-grade voice AI deployments. The work sits at the intersection of deep customer partnership and hands-on technical configuration, making it central to the company's ability to deliver value and grow.

• Lead post-sales customer engagements end-to-end, from kickoff through live production deployment.
• Meet with clients to understand their existing workflows, standard operating procedures, and customer experience goals.
• Map current-state processes to AI-driven future-state designs, working closely with applied AI engineers.
• Translate complex business logic and client requirements into clear implementation documentation and technical specifications.
• Manage enterprise and mid-market client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• 4 to 8 years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, implementation, or a related post-sales technical role.
• At least 3 years owning end-to-end enterprise implementations in a solutions engineering or solutions consultant capacity.
• Hands-on experience building or configuring real-time, multi-turn voice AI agents.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, data structures, and system integrations.
• Comfort using modern AI development tools such as code-assist or AI-powered IDE environments.
• Experience at a consulting, enterprise software, or technology services firm is a strong signal.
• Background in contact center software, conversational AI, or call center platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to legal, insurance, or financial services intake operations is an asset.
• Based in Canada, with Toronto strongly preferred; fully remote candidates in other locations will also be considered.
• No visa sponsorship available.

Base salary range: $150,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This role is fully remote. The primary hiring location is Los Angeles, CA, United States, with preference for candidates based in Toronto, Canada.
