JOB SUMMARY:

Performs various clerical and administrative functions within the Quality Assurance department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs data entry of inspection and certification data.
• Prepares necessarycertification packages for each job shipped.
• Reviews sales order documents to ensure proper certification packages are prepared.
• Investigates and resolvescustomer certification or re-certification requests.
• Mantsains certificationdatabase.
• Mantsains certification filesand miscellaneous Quality Assurance department files.
• Performs record keeping, dataentry, housekeeping, and follows safety policies.

Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions,short correspondence, and memos. Abilityto write simple correspondence. Abilityto effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers.

Mathematical

Skills:

Ability to add,subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,common fractions, and decimals.

Computer

Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Manufacturing software;
Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

Other

Qualifications:

Demonstratedability to successfully work with customers.

Ability to perform data entry with accuracy and to review input toensure data is correct.

EDUCATION AND/OR

EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree(GED). Two (2) years of college preferred. A minimum of two (2) yearssimilar experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $18.00-$20.00
