Workday Finance Senior Manager​/Solution Architect

Enzo are partnered with mission-driven healthcare technology company who are are undergoing a major technology transformation programme.

They require a Workday Finance Senior Manager / Solution Architect to join them on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

This role will focus on leading the Workday Finance workstream, combining hands-on technical expertise, solution architecture, programme delivery and team leadership to strengthen internal technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Workday Finance workstream, overseeing Finance delivery across the wider Oracle-to-Workday transformation.
• Provide hands-on Workday Finance expertise, driving solution design, architecture and technical decision-making.
• Lead technical teams, managing programme delivery, resource planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee integrations, APIs and technical dependencies, collaborating with developers to deliver effective solutions.
• Strengthen internal technology capabilities, developing team expertise and reducing reliance on external service providers.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Strong Workday Finance expertise, with experience delivering or leading implementations and transformation programmes.
• Proven experience in a Senior Manager, Solution Architect or equivalent technical leadership role.
• A combination of hands-on technical expertise and programme or project management experience.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and technical architecture, with experience collaborating with development teams.
• Demonstrable people leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, ideally within healthcare or a product-led technology environment.
