Independent Contractor – Insurance Property Inspections

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections. This role offers supplemental income and the flexibility to set your own hours and workload.

Contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, and submitting a report online.

• Conduct on-site property inspections of residential and commercial properties.
• Take high-quality photos and document property details and conditions.
• Complete and submit inspection reports online in a timely manner.

• Reliable vehicle to travel to inspection sites.
• Computer running Windows 10 or newer, and a smartphone or digital camera.
• Reliable home internet connection.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
