Part-time Exhibition Assistant & Interpreter – Embedded LA

Overview

CSTAR is a Taiwan-based company specializing in electronic wire harness processing. We are participating in Embedded World USA 2025 to expand into the U.S. market.

We are looking for a part-time exhibition assistant & interpreter to support our booth during the show, assisting with interpretation (Mandarin and English), visitor reception, and product introductions.

• November 4–6, 2025 (3 days)
• 11/04–11/05: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 11/06: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Provide interpretation between Mandarin and English for booth visitors
• Assist with visitor reception and product introductions

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (speaking), able to provide basic interpretation and product introductions
• Able to attend all full-day sessions during the exhibition period
• Willing to join a short online product training session prior to the exhibition
• Strong communication skills; proactive and professional in assisting booth visitors
• Presentable appearance with neat attire (preferably long pants)

• Previous experience in the electronics industry or exhibition interpretation
• Students currently enrolled in universities in the Los Angeles area

• Transportation is self-arranged
• Exhibition pass and lunch will be provided
• A brief product introduction and basic training will be provided beforehand to help you get familiar with the role
