- Manage and direct a geographic region normally consisting of multiple districts within the Zone.
- Scout and develop in‑depth knowledge of the assigned market.
- Identify viable retail locations for the upcoming season.
- Suggest sales plans based on historical market data.
- Conduct detailed scope of works on locations and partner with Facilities Managers and Real Estate deal makers.
- Schedule necessary work at locations with Facilities Managers and contractors.
- Schedule all initial fixture and merchandise deliveries within the Zone.
- Set sales and operational goals; ensure achievement of those goals.
- Oversee performance management of District & Store Manager teams to meet expectations.
- Schedule regular visits to all stores to ensure compliance in customer service, operations, and loss prevention.
- Train, challenge, motivate, and provide constructive guidance to District & Store Managers.
- Oversee implementation strategies to meet store performance goals.
- Establish sales and operational plans with Managers to ensure efficient task execution.
- Ensure District & Store Managers hire qualified candidates and train associates properly.
- Ensure effective supervision of Store Managers by planning, organizing, and delegating tasks.
- Recruit, hire, and train District Managers and provide performance feedback.
- Maintain proper staffing levels and accurate hours recording.
- Maintain current knowledge of policies, programs, and guidelines; ensure a discrimination‑free environment.
- Ensure all associates treat each other and customers with courtesy and respect.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; represent required knowledge, skills, education, and ability.
