** Otis Elevator is seeking a
** Manager, Service Operations
** to lead elevator service operations across the
** Anaheim and South Bay, California territory**. This hands-on leadership role will oversee a team of field mechanics while managing customer service operations, budgets, parts, safety, audits, and related operational activities. You will partner closely with sales representatives and internal teams to deliver exceptional service to customers throughout the territory.

** On a typical day you will:
*** Lead and support a team of
** field mechanics
** across the assigned service territory.
* Oversee day-to-day
** elevator service operations**, including customer accounts, budgets, parts, safety, audits, and payroll activities.
* Coordinate staffing, job requirements, materials, and resources to support effective field execution.
* Provide operational support and participate in
** rotating evening and weekend coverage as required.
*** Partner with sales representatives and participate in customer meetings.
* Maintain accurate tracking of orders and related service activity.
* Communicate effectively with mechanics, customers, sales representatives, and internal partners.  
** What you will need to be successful:
*** High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
* ** 3 to 5 years of elevator industry experience preferred**, with strong knowledge of elevator and escalator service operations.
* Experience working with and supporting
** field mechanics or technical teams**.
* Demonstrated
** leadership and communication skills**, with the ability to collaborate effectively with field employees, customers, sales teams, and internal partners.
* Ability to work independently and apply practical knowledge of
** field operations, staffing, job requirements, and parts needs**.
* ** Service sales or territory management experience
** is a plus.
* Relevant experience in
** manufacturing, equipment service, or parts distribution
** may also be considered for candidates without direct elevator industry experience.
* Flexibility to support
** rotating evening and weekend coverage
** as required.
* Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
