Logistics Planning Specialist

Stepan is currently hiring a Logistics Specialist to support our dynamic Production team in Anaheim, California. This position reports directly to the Production Manager and plays a key role in ensuring efficient operations across our supply chain.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee shipments, production schedules, and inventory levels
• Manage the movement of materials, including bulk inventory transportation
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure exceptional customer service

• 5 years experience required / chemical manufacturing environment preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• Strong MS office skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a one team culture
• Demonstrates problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Self initiative and self direction are a must

• Associate's degree required
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business preferred
