Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a TIG Welder
.

Position type: Full Time, Contract

Primary Responsibilities:

• Layout work requirements and obtain needed equipment to perform routine repair and alteration operations, inspect weld for bead size and compliance with other specifications
• Blend, grind, or polish weld ensuring specified minimum wall requirement is met
• Work with Engineering on new R&D projects and working with Redline Drawings.
• Prototype welding projects will be 50% of the job at times.
• Use calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges to measure repaired part and ensure dimensional requirements are met; complete production paperwork
• Use and interpret complicated prints, drawings, and process sheets to perform a variety of layouts, as well as complete and sign work orders identifying the operations performed

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years of TIG welding experience with stainless steel and steel welding
• Welding Certificate Level 1 Welding (GTAW Stainless Steel), required

Pay Range and Benefits:

Pay Range: $25.00 to $27.13 per hour. Pay range offered may be based on education, experience, location, duties, certifications and other factors.
