General Laborer Pay Range
$16.50/hr - $18.50/hr

We’re looking for a dependable and safety-focused General Laborer to join our Anaheim Facility. In this role, you’ll support daily production operations, handle materials, maintain work areas, and assist machine operators to ensure seamless workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general labor duties including stacking, sorting, staging, and banding lumber and materials.
- Assist machine operators by feeding materials, monitoring workflow, removing completed stock, and supporting cleanup activities.
- Load and unload materials manually or using basic material‑handling equipment after proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment, including sweeping, debris removal, and waste disposal.
- Inspect lumber and materials for defects, damage, or quality issues and report concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with inventory organization, labeling, and material counts as needed.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols, including proper PPE use and hazard reporting.
- Support facility operations by helping with special projects, maintenance tasks, and other duties as assigned.
- Prior experience in a lumber yard, warehouse, mill, or manufacturing facility preferred but not required.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and support multiple departments as needed.
- Flexibility with work hours, including potential overtime or weekend shifts.
- Experience in lumber handling, production work, or industrial labor roles.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools, power tools, or material‑handling equipment.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and safely maneuver bulkier materials.
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, and perform repetitive physical movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand and remain physically active for extended periods.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures, dust, noise, and environmental conditions.
- Ability to safely handle lumber, materials, and equipment in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Hacer trabajos generales como acomodar, clasificar, preparar y amarrar madera y materiales.

- Experiencia en un aserradero, almacén o fábrica es preferida, pero no necesaria.
- Capacidad para entender y seguir instrucciones.

- Capacidad para mantenerse de pie y activo por mucho tiempo.
