Application:
Maintenance Supervisor – Partner with a well‑established aerospace and defense manufacturer to support manufacturing operations and maintain equipment uptime.
Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a facilities and equipment maintenance team
- Drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Improve equipment uptime and reduce unplanned downtime
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and repair parts
- Support plant safety initiatives and regulatory compliance
- Partner with engineering and operations leadership
- 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Hands‑on knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (aerospace, defense, medical, automotive preferred)
- Strong understanding of OSHA, safety, and building code requirements
