We are seeking an experienced 5-Axis CNC Mill Setup Operator to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating Haas CNC mills (including 5‑axis machines), ensuring precision and quality for complex aerospace components.

$32.00/hr – $38.00/hr

• Set up and operate Haas CNC mills, including 5‑axis machines.
• Read and interpret setup sheets, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
• Build fixtures, set up tools, and perform first article inspections.
• Check and log dimensions to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Run production parts and maintain quality standards.
• Occasionally set up manual knee mills for drill/tap and reaming applications.
• Collaborate with leads and team members to optimize setups and maintain workflow.

• 5+ years experience setting up and operating Haas CNC mills (preferably 5‑axis).
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement tools (micrometers, indicators).
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints.
• Aerospace experience strongly preferred; ITAR familiarity required.
• Safety‑conscious and detail‑oriented.
