Whatis the role about?
Endress + Hauser Conducta is looking for a pH Assembler to join our growing Anaheim Team. As a pH Assembler, you will be responsible for performing final assembly of pH and ORP sensors, including the soldering of cable to pH sensors, soldering and installing connectors, and encapsulating connections with epoxies and silicones.
Which tasks will you perform?- Build pH sensor assemblies using small parts including silver wires, o‑rings, grommets, and glass parts.
- Insert small wires and parts into glass and plastic housings using hands, small tools, and assembly fixtures.
- Use laboratory hot plates to boil porous Teflon parts in preparation for pH sensor assembly.
- Dispense electrolytes and gels into glass and plastic housings using dispensing equipment.
- Mix 2‑part epoxies using a digital scale and dispense epoxy into housings for encapsulation.
- Rinse and dry sensor assemblies using deionized water and alcohol.
- Post completed operations into the SAP Database.
- Perform related functions as needed.
- High School Diploma and/or GED required.
- Two years of electronics or electro‑mechanical assembly experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of pH sensor equipment and assembly and testing procedures.
- Knowledge of safe production assembly practices.
- Knowledge of soldering and de‑soldering techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints, manufacturing procedures, and instructions.
- Recognize proper color codes for different components in assembly process.
- Complete daily work assignments within agreed upon time frame.
- Monday - Friday schedule;

The hourly range for this full‑time position is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour. The base pay that is offered for this position will vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity. Bonuses or long‑term incentives may be presented in addition to the compensation package.
