CNC Machine Operator

Accurate Technology is seeking CNC Machine Operators for both day and night shifts to run production on our Haas and Mori Seiki vertical and horizontal mills. You’ll be responsible for loading/unloading parts, performing in-process checks, and supporting consistent, high-quality output for aerospace and defense customers.

• Operate Haas and Mori Seiki vertical and horizontal CNC mills according to setup and run instructions.
• Load and unload parts, verify correct work holding, and monitor tool wear.
• Perform in-process dimensional checks using calipers, micrometers, and other basic inspection tools.
• Record inspection results and production data accurately on travelers or shop documentation.
• Monitor machine operation, identify potential issues, and communicate with leads or supervisors.
• Support basic offset adjustments under supervision (as allowed by internal procedures).
• Follow all safety policies, housekeeping standards, and any 5S or similar initiatives.

• Prior experience operating CNC mills in a production environment (Haas or Mori Seiki preferred).
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints, work instructions, and inspection requirements.
• Familiarity with standard measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc.).
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work either day or night shift as assigned.
• Experience in aerospace or AS9100 environments is a plus.

• 1–3 years CNC machine operation preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Aerospace / AS9100 experience (optional)
