3 + years of experience with automatic Screen Printing machines
Must speak English. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
Must be dependable and punctual
Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment
Must be able to identify garment blemishes and imperfections before printing
Able to follow instructions and production specifications
Must be comfortable standing for extended periods
Must be able to lift and move boxes and bundles of garments (minimum 50lbs)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team player who takes pride in their work
Load and unload garments on automatic screen printing presses
Inspect garments before printing for blemishes, stains, holes, tears, or other imperfections
Inspect printed garments for print quality and consistency
Keep garments and orders organized throughout production
Prepare garments and materials for production
Assisting with setting up the press
Applying adhesive
Preparing substrates for printing
Clean and Prep Screens
Assist press operators with daily production
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with general shop duties as needed
Follow production schedules and job specifications
Work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy
