Shift: 1st and 3nd shift

Pay: $20-$20.50/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Assemblers to support manufacturing operations in various departments. This role requires individuals who can work in a fast-paced production environment, perform physically demanding tasks, and maintain high quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and process products according to work instructions and production requirements
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain accurate production records as needed
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Meet daily production goals and productivity expectations

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial experience required
• Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
