This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Anaheim, CA, for an Ads Specialist. The Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across different platforms, analyzing trend reports and ensuring alignment with company goals. Additional responsibilities include developing ad strategy, conducting research to identify trends, creating ad content, and collaborating with the marketing team to achieve optimal results.

This role requires a detail‑oriented and analytical approach to drive successful outcomes.

• Proficiency in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, including search ads, display ads, Meta ads, A/B testing, and social media advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring campaign performance, generating reports, and making data‑driven recommendations.
• Experience in social media, content creation, ad copywriting, and designing engaging advertisements.
• Familiarity with market research, a working sales funnel, audience targeting, industry‑related trends and advertising strategies for effective campaign execution.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills for working effectively within a team environment.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience with HVAC or similar industries in marketing and sales is a plus.
