WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Weekend & Kids Small Groups (KSG):
Responsible for the weekly set‑up and tear‑down of the Saddleback Kids classrooms. Assist the campus Saddleback Kids Director as needed to provide and prepare items needed to support the weekend and KSG programs each week. - Leadership: Coordinate volunteers to serve during the weekend and KSG programs.
- Community/Team Events: Work with the campus Saddleback Kids Director to assist at special events.
- Administrative: Respond daily to emails and texts and complete timecards. Attend weekly campus staff meetings and meetings with the SK Director and Saddleback Kids Team.
- This is a part time (20 hours per week) position.
WHAT YOU HAVE DONE
Ministry experience is not necessary, but it is helpful for this position. Knowledge, experience, and understanding of children from birth through Grade 6 and the Saddleback Church culture are required.
WHAT WE OFFER
Saddleback Church’s pay philosophy is based on internal and external data for pay equity and budgetary considerations for effective stewardship. The estimated pay rate for this position is $18.00-$19.00 per hour. We will provide a pay rate within our salary structure that fits a candidate’s qualifications and experience for the job. The wage range posted does not guarantee a specific wage for a job offer.
