Emergency Room RN - per diem nights

The Emergency Room RN provides professional nursing care in the emergency department, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

• Pay: $70 - $96/hour
• Location: Anaheim, CA
• Facility: Kaiser Permanente
• Schedule: Per Diem, Night shift

• Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures and applicable laws.
• Serve as a leader of the health care team; delegate tasks appropriately.
• Understand own and team members' scope of practice and elevate issues as appropriate.
• Develop and/or contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patients' progress based on the care plan.
• Ensure effective development and completion of discharge plans.
• Ensure patient safety related to medications and procedures.
• Practice customer service standards as defined by the Medical Center.
• Provide an optimal patient care experience by actively listening to patients' needs.
• Act as a resource, preceptor, and mentor to new employees and team members.
