Minimum Requirements:- RN License
- 1 year recent experience (within last 3 years)
- BLS
- NRP
- High risk L&D experience
- Able to work one shift per week
A Per Diem Labor & Delivery RN provides specialized, on-call nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. This role supports unit staffing needs by working variable, as-needed shifts, sometimes including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to deliver safe and compassionate care in a fast-paced obstetric environment.
