• Developing and maintaining quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Mentoring and guiding the QA team to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
• Conducting internal audits and inspections; identifying gaps and enforcing adherence.
• Driving corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams.
• Collecting, interpreting, and reporting on quality metrics to inform decisions.
• Preparing polished reports for leaders and key stakeholders.
• Monitoring and integrating new regulatory and industry requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of QA experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong grounding in QMS practices and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
• Analytical, systematic, and resourceful problem-solver.
• Proficient with QA tools and software.
• Clear communicator and collaborative partner.
• Detail-driven with a high bar for excellence.
